NEVADA NIGHTMARES - Welcome to my Blog!

March 12, 2004

Hey guys! :) So, I've got a kinda weird update for you all. Recently, in Sparks, NV, there was allegedly a virgin birth, and people are saying it's the second coming of Christ. I'll cite an article below.

"On February 27, 2004, a 25-year old Sunny Evans gave birth to a young girl, Rosalie Evans, at 6:15AM. Rosalie was born healthy, 6lbs and 10oz, and the doctors called her "the happiest baby they'd ever seen".
What's perplexed Sunny and her family, though, is that Sunny is, and has been, voluntarily celibate due to religious practices, and has allegedly never engaged in sexual activity.
Skeptics claim that it's all a hoax, while some sympathize with Sunny.
Many people on online forums have been very vocal about their belief that the head of North Star's Guidance Church, Adam Lamb, has something to do with the unexpected pregnancy. Sunny Evans has not responded to any inquiries as of writing."

What do you guys think? Could it really be the second coming of Christ? I'm a little skeptical, personally, but we'll just have to see ^^"
Honestly, I'm always a little skeptical when religion gets involved. I'm personally agnostic, but overall it just seems to muddy the water when it comes to genuine scientific paranormal stuff. Looking into Sunny and her history, it does genuinely seem like she wouldn't lie about something like this, but the involvement of the church is what gets me... idk. It all just seems sketchy - I really don't trust that Adam guy. Seems creepy.
Adding onto that, Rudolf Valencia - someone who works at the church - is now apparently living with Sunny? Idk, it's all really weird to me.
That's all from me for today. Have a good morning/day/evening/night!
